Why Customs Pro
Customs brokers are stuck between bespoke desktop software from the 1990s and freight-forwarder platforms that treat customs as a checkbox. Either you pay a Tier-1 enterprise license, or you live in spreadsheets and email. Customs Pro is built for the broker who handles 50–500 filings a month and needs a real platform without the SAP bill.
