01 — Architecture

Multi-tenant from day 1, not retrofitted

Tenant + franchise + branch isolation at the Postgres RLS layer. 905 migrations later, no tenant has ever read another's row. The retrofit cost we avoided is the reason we ship features instead of regressions.
